We offer month to month contracts, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.
When can I get to my belongings?
(Indoor Storage Unit) You have access to your Indoor unit 5 days a week, assuming your account is in good standing. Our access hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
(Outdoor Storage Unit) You have access to your Outdoor unit 7 days a week, assuming your account is in good standing. Our access hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Do I need an appointment to view the facility and different spaces?
We recommend that you call ahead, but you can visit us without an appointment during office hours for information and a tour of the facility.
What do I need to bring with me when I rent a space?
You only need a current government-issued picture ID, a current address and a phone number where you can be reached, and the first month’s storage payment.
Unless you have proof that you are either the legal guardian of an individual, or an authorized agent for a business, only the tenant named on the lease may sign the lease.

Will anyone else have access to my space?
No. When you rent a space, you provide the lock, and only you have the key. We do have locks for sale in our office.
If I lose my key, can you help me get in my space?
If you have lost the keys to your lock, we have a lock cutting service. There is a fee of $15.00 per lock, and you will need to replace the lock.
Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?
Yes, high quality locks with a lifetime warranty at a discounted price! We also offer Boxes and Moving Supplies.
Do you offer a mover?
We do not offer moving services. We would be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.
Does your facility accommodate large moving vans?
Yes our facility has large driveways to easily accommodate large moving vans.

How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, emailed monthly invoice (which you can pay online through the emailed invoice), or by calling our office. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card or debit card. Please ask your customer care representative about this feature.
Can I pay my bill automatically every month?
Yes. We encourage our customers to sign up for automatic monthly payment to avoid missed payments and late fees.
Will I receive a monthly invoice?
Yes if you provide us with a current email address we can email you an invoice each month. We do not provide U.S. Mailed out monthly invoices.
What about insurance?
As stated in your lease, we don’t carry insurance on your goods. We have brochures available with information on insurance coverage by SBOA Tenant Insurance for your goods.

How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require a 10-day written notice to move out. Full details on the moving out policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?
No, but we do provide storage units for car storage.
